Montana Mineral Water. Open Skies. A Slower Way to Soak.

Wild Horse Hot Springs is a rustic Montana retreat centered around naturally flowing artesian mineral water, open-air soaking, roaming horses, and the peaceful beauty of Hot Springs, Montana. Guests come here to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience warm mineral water sourced from deep beneath the Montana earth.

A Natural Montana Escape

At Wild Horse Hot Springs, the experience is intentionally simple: warm water, open sky, quiet surroundings, and room to breathe. Our outdoor communal plunges are surrounded by Montana nature and continuously refreshed with artesian mineral water from the Mother Dragon Geyser.

This is not a polished resort-style escape. It is a rustic, off-grid place where guests come to unplug, enjoy the land, and settle into a slower rhythm.

Soaks

Plunges are communal and outdoors. Soak in naturally flowing artesian mineral water sourced from the Mother Dragon geyser. Our communal outdoor plunges are chemical-free, continuously refreshed, and surrounded by the peaceful Montana outdoors.

*Soaks are available daily*

Mother Dragon Geyser

Discovered by accident while drilling for water in the early 1900s, the Mother Dragon artesian geyser became the heart of Hot Springs, MT.

The geyser naturally produces nearly 1,200 gallons per minute of mineral rich water flowing from beneath the Montana earth, creating the peaceful soaking experience guest enjoy today.
